Cherry Whiskey Cocktail

• 2 fl oz whiskey
• 1 fl oz honey OR elderflower liqueur *
• 4 drops cherry bitters

• lime
• pomegranate
• thyme
• cinnamon

How to MixIt

Place ice in a cocktail shaker or stirring vessel. Add all recipe ingredients. Stir, then strain the drink into the glass. Garnish with lime peel.

* For added complexity, combine smaller amounts of both sweeteners.
